Limited Warranty for Swiss Delta Watches

Your Swiss Delta watch is covered by the Seattle Watch Company’s limited warranty for a period of two years from original date of purchase under its terms and conditions.

Your watch has been assembled and tested for functional and timekeeping accuracy by expert Swiss watchmakers in Solothurn, Switzerland. Each watch has a unique serial number, used both to ensure its authenticity as a Swiss Delta timepiece, and to return it to you if lost.

Your watch’s Swiss made movement, hands and dial are warranted under normal use against defects in workmanship, material or function over the course of its warranty period. When serviced, if your watch’s warranted components are determined to be defective under normal use, any defective components will be repaired or replaced. If necessary, and at the sole discretion of Seattle Watch Company, your watch may be replaced with one of equal function and value.

This warranty does not apply to watch components not already listed above, including but not limited to your watch’s battery, watch strap, buckle, crystal or bracelet. Damage to your watch, whether resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, moisture or water, tampering or improper third-party service, scratches or plating wear, or any other factor not due to defective materials or workmanship, is not protected by this warranty.

Watch services, including battery change or repair, must be performed by the Seattle Watch Company Service Center to maintain warranty coverage for the full duration of your watch’s warranty period. Any third-party service on your watch voids the Seattle Watch Company Limited Warranty.

Our service team understands that watch straps may catch and detach from the case, or that an unexpected event can result in damage. We’ll do our best to be reasonable and fair in our evaluation of your request, and take care to quickly return your watch in working order. The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Seattle Watch Company. Seattle Watch Company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Seattle Watch Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Seattle Watch Company’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Seattle Watch Company’s sole option. Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
